If only the Pacers had just won.
I have a decent feeling Houston at least takes Game 1. As far as Game 2... we’ll see
Would have been both funny and resulted in LeBron wasting his time on the Lakers next year.
Pacers probably should’ve taken it. It feels like it’s the series that finally woke the Cavs up though from their season long slumber
I don’t even know if LeBron would’ve gone to the west if the Cavs lost to the Pacers. Maybe. I think Kawhi or George will go to the Lakers next season. I think LeBron wants to stay in the East so he can rack up title appearences year after year after year
if boston stays healthy next season... they should be the team to beat (assuming Cavs don’t win the title this season) (which I don’t *think* will happen) the fact they’ve gone this far without their 2 stars they signed in the off season is really a testament to how good Stevens is at coaching and also the hustle of the players like Rozier, Tatum, Brown, etc
Paul George should go back to Indiana. Or much more realistically to the Sixers.
Win 50+ games, be in the East, and you don't have to play with Westbrook.
if given the choice, would a NBA player rather play with Westbrook or stay in @Kerek's tag thread?
@KD35 is lurking in here just waiting for @PeachyRider to say something bad about him.
oladipo thriving without playing with westbrook
i don’t think people like playing with him
Dwayne Casey fired in Toronto
@Kerek, I overheard this in a store today: "Me and him had went yesterday."
"Let's go to the candy shoppie."
Book I'm reading has a leaf at the end describing it as "a series written for adults but...lacking graphic violence...making it appropriate for ages 13 and up." This is opposite the final page where a guy is holding a severed head in a room where the walls are painted in blood.
Do you pretty much stick to fantasy books? If not, do you like any classic literature? As a sweet, naive, young thing, I became infatuated with Austen's Mr. Darcy and Mr. Knightley. Now, I know those types don't exist in real life.
When I went to college in the Los Angeles area, a classmate (who later became a good friend) said, "I hope you're not expecting to find a good boyfriend out here in L.A. All the guys are assholes." I thought that was hilarious. I wonder what Jane Austen would have thought of modern-day Los Angeles.
The last few years it's been mostly fantasy and some science fiction. In high school I read a ton of classics, though. It's extraordinarily good stuff, I should probably try to sprinkle one in each month or something. The quality of the writing is so much better. That's one of the reasons I don't care for modern fiction much. If I'm going to read something that's not particularly high quality writing, I figure it might as well be enjoyable, hence the fantasy.
